University of Toledo to Host Cosmetic Science and Formulation Design Virtual Summer Camp for High School Students

The University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is the nation's only institution that has a bachelor's program in cosmetic science and formulation design. Its program director, Gabriella Baki, will host a virtual camp for those interested in learning about how beauty and personal care products are made. The summer camp is two days, June 23-24, 2021 from 11:00-5:00 p.m., and will feature various sessions hosting by companies such as L'Oreal, Bath and Body Works, Estee Lauder, and more! Participants will receive a package of supplies and samples needed for the hands-on portion of the camp in addition to a camp t-shirt.

Registration closes June 4, 2021, and there is a $100 registration fee. There also appears to be financial assistance with registration.
